Our Life Cycle of a Butterfly Study!
We started out by giving our very small lava some food and a home to grow in.
Then we watched as they grew to five times the size.
They started to wiggle out of their skin to reveal the chrysalis.

Mud Puddle
We have been working hard all year with our Speech Therapists Miss Amanda and Miss Anna. They have been working with the class practicing all the "w" questions. All students have done a great job and as a reward the ladies came in this week and brought us a surprise. Students not only got to enjoy a reading of the fabulous book " Mud Puddle" they also got to make a yummy 'worms in dirt' treat. We all had so much fun! Thanks Miss Anna and Miss Amanda.

Eric Carle Study
We have started out new unit on Eric Carle and his wonderful books. We have looked at "The Busy Spider" so far and we have written our own version of the story in our journals.
